There are not enough hours in the day to get to the lube shop only to have to wait in line.
Many times operating hours conflict with our schedules and vehicle maintenance simply keeps getting put off.
Eventually this leads to expensive repairs. Much of this is due to the lack of time for proper vehicle fluid maintenance.

Even large fleet companies with mechanics on their payroll can't afford to have highly paid mechanics doing routine maintenance on vehicles. Even if they consider doing so, they would then face storage and disposal of waste oil and filters so it is more expensive and takes more storage space and planning.
