Flats
No More was originally developed for military use
and was designed to make tires bullet resistant. Don White
Demolition and Clean up Company installed it in their
heavy equipment and personal vehicles following hurricanes
and disasters. After Don White's crew chiefs noticed that Flats No More worked so well, they installed
it in light trucks, four wheelers, lawn mowers, passenger
cars, tractors, dump trucks, boat trailers, heavy equipment
- anything that was rubber and had air in it. Flats and downtime
came to an immediate halt!
Flats No More has been tested at speeds of
up to 120 mph in police and sheriff cars with no balance problems.
It will handle multiple holes for years of service or the
life of the tire. Don White Demolition's mechanic
said they were getting another 25% to 30% longer life out
of any make of tires. The reason - proper air pressure is
maintained at all times. While cleaning up the Oyster House
Restaurant following Katrina, Don White witnessed Flats
No More save a front tire on a back hoe with a 1/2
inch hole in it. The operators never had to stop the project. Don White Demolition also mentions that Flats
No More has an unlimited shelf life and will not
freeze or burn. Since it's environmentally safe, it can be
transported, stored and applied anywhere, at any time.

Why
should I use Flats No More?
The average cost per puncture (based on downtime, emergency
call and tire repair) = $453.00.
Flats No More
can save companies with multiple work vehicles thousands of
dollars a year.
How
does Flats No More repair a tire injury?
•
Escaping air pulls polyaramid fibres contained in Flats
No More towards the injury, where the fibres fill
and bind up the hole.
• The rotating tire's centrifugal force and the
flexing of the tire as the contact patch meets and leaves
the road surface drives additional fibres and congealants
into the injury.
• Once the hole is completely closed, a curing
action creates a plug similar to rubber. The cure is
permanent and will flex and bend like rubber.

How does Flats No More Tire Sealant extend tire life?
An under-inflated tire flexes excessively where it meets the road.
Flexing generates heat, which can damage the tire casing. Flats No More
Tire Sealant extends tire life by maintaining proper tire pressure.
How does Flats No More Tire Sealant help reduce fuel costs?
Under-inflated tires increase a vehicle’s rolling resistance, reducing
fuel economy quite significantly. Flats No More reduces fuel costs by
keeping tires properly inflated.
How long does Flats No More Tire Sealant last?
Flats No More will function for the life of the tire; provide that it is not contaminated in any manner.
In what range of air temperatures does Flats No More Tire Sealant work?
Flats No More is designed to operate at temperatures of –52 °C to +112
°C. Below –52 °C, Flats No More will not harden or adhere to the tire.
It will first become slushy and with lower temperatures turn into
crystals. However this is not a permanent change; once the tire rotates
for a short period, Flats No More Tire Sealant will liquefy.
Can a tire treated with Flats No More Tire Sealant be recapped?

NO! Flats No More contains extremely effective anti-corrosion additives
that eliminate any potential for damage to any metal part of the tire

but also prevents foreign contaminants from entering and damaging the
tire.

mechanical problem with the vehicle that should be attended to.

Simply wipe the puncture area with a damp cloth, then wipe dry and
repair. Flats No More does not contain any solvents that will disrupt
the integrity of the patch nor will it harm rubber in any way!
Is a Flats No More repair a patch?
In most cases, Flats No More is better than a patch for the following reasons:
Flats No More is a preventative measure while a patch is done after
the fact. After the fact invariably means after the cost, downtime,
lost of business, inconvenience and risk to safety has already
happened.
Using Flats No More makes a lot of sense for a lot of reasons.
A patch is a repair that is performed after the tire has gone flat
and in most cases has been driven flat for some distance. Driving on a
flat tire even for a short distance will create extensive internal
damage that is irreversible and can easily go unnoticed by the
repairman.
